Shipping Information
LegendStudio.net can ship to addresses in the US and Canada. All orders will ship via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise requested. Some small items, shipping under 1 lb can be sent via USPS Priority mail.
Returns Policy
Retail Return policy:
You may return new, unused product in its original condition within 10 days of delivery for a refund for product only.
We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item).
Please contact us either by email at info@legendstudio.net or by phone at (847-677-4114) to discuss your return.
You should expect to receive your refund within one to two weeks of the date the package is received in our facility.
Wholesale Return Policy:
Each sign is handmade and produced to order. Therefore small discrepancies and features that make our products unique may exist, and to be expected with any handmade product.
Since our products are made to order all sales are final unless received damaged. Legend Studio does not reimburse for outgoing shipping charges.
Damaged Items:
In the event that one or more of your items arrives damaged due to a mishap during shipping you must notify Legend Studio immediately.
Please keep product and packaging together, and e-mail pictures of damage to info@legendstudio.net.
We will respond within 24 hours. We will either return, exchange or credit for the damaged item.
Please note: We strongly recommend shipping via the Legend Studio UPS and Priority Mail account.
If orders are shipped using wholesale customer’s shipping accounts, customer is fully responsible for any and all damage claims.
